1. What is your delivery area?

2. Can EZmeals be microwaved?
Yes. But please do not place the foil containers in the microwave. Simply portion the food onto dinner plates and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
3. Can EZmeals be frozen?
Yes. Simply place the containers directly into the freezer (except the SALADS, of course!). Do not thaw before heating. Place frozen containers directly into the oven and increase heating time to 1 hour. SOUPS can be thawed or frozen contents can be emptied into a saucepan and heated on low heat.
4. Can I order EZmeals every Tuesday for the next 3 months?
Yes. Simply choose your menu and delivery date on the online order form and repeat for each date you want EZmeals delivered to you. Order as far ahead in advance as you like. Take advantage of our Pre-paid Subscription and save time & money!
5. What is the Pre-paid Subscription?
We are currently in the process of updating our Subscription Plan. Please sign-up for our E-mail Updates below to be notified as soon as our new Plan is ready.
6. What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
7. Should we tip the delivery driver?
Although delivery is included in the price of an EZmeal, gratuity is not. It is customary to tip a delivery driver, especially if they have managed to manoeuvre around busy city traffic to get you your meal on time.
